I just installed wordpress beta version 2.7 since I was hearing a lot of praises on the new admin panel and since I am planning to learn Wordpress templating, i decided to install the next version of this great blogging platform. True enough the Admin Panel has been thru a major overhaul. goodbye top menu and hello your admin sidebar. A little confusing at first glance but you’ll find youself familiar with it in no time…

One of the coolest feature i have seen so far is the “threaded comments”, think of youtube comment system where you can comment on a comment of others, this can go 5 levels deep. But your template must be equipped to handle this additional feature for wordpress…

Right now I’m waiting for the design that my friend will finish and we will try to transform it into a cool wordpress theme. if it goes well i’ll show it here and let anyone who wants to use it have a copy…

A Few moments ago i recieved a forwarded email from a friend about cancers. An interesting read actually both informative and it really is important for me because almost a month ago my grandfather got diagnosed with intestinal cancer and was operated to remove all cancer cells from his body. Reading this article i found out that there are ways to prevent people from getting sick because of cancers (although the article says we all have them anyway… )

Anyways read and do forward it and you might even save a life or two…

25 years ago, October 16th of 1983 jpx3m (John Paul) was born. In my 25 years of life here on planet earth I have been to at least 11 schools (2 years of that was even in Jeddah Saudi Arabia), met a lot of friends, acquantances, not so friendly people. I would say that i have been a long way (despite the fact that I am still a jobless man). Birthdays are in my opinion not just a day of celebration but more importantly a day to examine yourself on what you have achieved so far in the short or long period you have already lived.

So for my 25th birthday here are a few things that i would like to try and achieve from today onwards…
