Career Move Dilemma
Choosing the right career move is a very common difficulty faced by young adults at this time. Yep me and my batchmates have been no exception. We graduated in Bachelor of Science in Information Technology 4 years ago this month. Some chose to work at Call Centers, some work at Outsourcing Firms, some work their asses off and you can not talk with them properly (due to their hectic sched), some decided to study more and learn what truly interests them, and there is ME.
My life after college maybe well described by a certain animé a friend recommended me to watch. If you’re interested to see the anime if it will throw a stone, home at you and you’ll say “ouch, that hurts”, do search for “Welcome to the N.H.K.” a description of the animé can be read at wikipedia here.
I can relate to almost all of the events in that animé, ALMOST. We even started a “mini company” with high hopes… read about it at my colleague’s blog here. But after 4 years i have decided to try working in a job that is not yet in my adept skills repository. I had only a brief course on how to use the software.
But as my parents always says, you can learn anything once you put your heart into it.
In regards to this what do you think?
